Why does TVG not allow you to cancel your bets, if made in duplicate or wrong race??

They don't even give a reason, they just keep your money, isn't that wrong??

You should familiarize yourself with each company's rules before ever placing a bet. Some allow you to cancel online (YouBet), most don't. Although I believe you'd have better luck calling a live operator.....
