Intergates keyword search turned up a blank so I searched ebay for "harness handicapping".

Maybe today's a lucky day for me:)

FWIW, my brother bought the t-bred version and he told me that it wasn't very good. Maybe the harness one will be better. Looking forward to any unbiased reviews of this product.

Ya reallu think that anybody who uses the FREE space that is provided by their internet provider (~misal) as opposed to spending a few bucks to register a domain name and gather web hosting, is going to offer any service or product that is worthy of consideration ;)

Many free space providers have exclusive TOS in which either the selling of items or even listing mere addresses and/or telephone number are a violation of your service contract.

Maybe that explains why the program has been around since 1986 while others come and go - low overhead.

I am new to PA and apparently didn't adhere to some administrators guideline as a message I posted (in this thread) was deleted. Don't know the reason for the delete as my (reply) message directly answered questions asked without exceeding the guidelines (which I took the time to read after joining and before posting).

I managed a large Group (SIG) for many years we always afforded a member the common courtesy of notifying them as to the reason for (rarely) needing to delete a message.

A tightly censored group is not a desirable information avenue. I hope that is not the case here.
