Ray. Do you find thr TM speed, class, pace, and power ratings to be more helpful at some tracks than others? Also, which figure works best?

I use TM's Regular past performances so I never see their Power Ratings in their Basic or Plus.

I rely on their class ratings alot since lately purse structures and amounts are irratic with several tracks getting "Racino" funds and others like Pompano, reducing purses. And trying to use conditions like 20K claimers, varies too much from track to track, and sometimes from week to week.

I use my own speed ratings, which fairly correlates with TM's, and that's the figure which works best for me.

Both TM's and my own seem to be more valid at the larger oval tracks but both suffer from USTA's published track speed ratings, which (IMHO) should be updated more often than once a year.
