Got this from Calif. Edison. Here's the deal.
You pick a "savings" plan to save from $25 to $200 during the summer.
Then you let them install a device so they can control your thermostat.
Here are the plans:
$25 - AC Off - 15 out of every 30 min. (Up to 15 interuptions during the summer season)
$50 - AC Off - 15 out of every 30 min. (Unlimited interuptions during the summer season)
$50 - AC Off - 20 out of every 30 min. (Up to 15 interuptions during the summer season)
$100 - AC Off - 20 out of every 30 min. (Unlimited interuptions during the summer season)
$100 - A/C Off Continuously for emergency period (Up to 15 interuptions during the summer season)
$200 - A/C Off Continuously for emergency period (Unlimited interuptions during the summer season)
If you're out of town for the summer - maybe. It was almost 90 here last week, and still March !
