In 1991 I bought a hand held Casio computer programed by Sportex .It used Tandy hardware. Does anyone have either?

I have a Tandy pocket computer. I can't remember who it was programmed by.

Does it convert fractional times into feet per second, i.e., 22 equals 60 feet per second?

On this program, you enter the lengths the horse was behind at each position and then the fractions of the leader and you get a final score.
