Tracks condition is a question mark... Sometimes if they have enough time,,, the track can come up "SUPER fast" 24 hours after some light rain. Rain is NOW out of the forecast for NYC on Wed. But it did rain today. So I guess it's question that won't be known until Noon time.. and even then.. We'll have to watch a race or two to see how it's playing . This is what I came up with. The card took a few knocks.. it is light.. But I still think there's Value plays there. This is what I've come up with.
