Wow,

Ramon is 0-3 today on dusty chalks from AQU. Goofy game this is..............he will probably not win until he is on a, what did the Rosairo kid say, Grande Bang Bangs.

Several of those horses figured to lose, particularly the opener.

Live to the 5, ELIROSE, for $2,191 on a $12 ticket. The chalk was played, but the price contender won.

Praying for chalk in the final leg of the early Pik4. Singling Deep.

Damn. Luzzi put the brakes on my speed pick in the 6th: Snare. Vain Vixen is fast, but Snare broke better and was inside of Vain Vixen with a good rail. Luzzi then tries to get the filly to rate and puts his feet to the floorboard in the first turn. It was all over after that. Luzzi has ridden more aggressively of late, but whenever I seem to bet him he rides like his last name should start with a "p."

I like Snare a bit too but this one was going backwards at the 2nd call.........No enough to get a lead.
