Los Alamitos enjoyed a meet high pool in the early Pick Four of $125,750 on Friday, February 22. The pool is the third highest of all-time at the Orange County oval. On Saturday night, the pool for the early Pick Four went over the $106,000 mark. The next early Pick Four is set for Tonight, as the first four races. This is the fifth time that the Pick Four pool has gone over the $110,000 mark at Los Alamitos this year and it has gone over $100,000 thirteen times this year. Three of the top 11 highest early Pick Four pools have been set this year.
The pools figure to remain strong as more and more Thoroughbred daytime players catch on to the fact that Daily Racing Form carries complete past performance lines for the Los Alamitos early Pick Four races.
