I am interested in seeing if there is any relatively simple way of changing the track variant on BRIS single file .drf files. I make mine own variants and much prefer them to BRIS. In the past I have done a few things to do this. I have gone into the file and edited the value..not recommended. I have also made my own spreadsheet and have put the values in there (if date is **** and track is *** change value to 12),. This actually hasn't been bad - I concentrate on 1 track at a time.
But I'd like to use my variants on 2 or 3 different programs that use BRIS files (e.g. HTRF and MPH - an oldie but a goodie as I have found). Is there any software or method that could do it for me?
