Bacteria and fungi do better in warmer climates especially along with humidity. Add population density and those are following where most of the people live in that climate condition

First thing that came to my mind was immigration. And the type immigration we have, likes warm climate, big cities for jobs.

No, they just use our emergency rooms for thier health care, and guess who picks up the tab?

I agee we cannot, as civilized people, turn anyone away from needed medical care, but we should also have busses on site ready to deport everyone of them that shows up for sip of our milkshake.

Would it matter if they were covered?

If someone shows up at the hospital, wouldn't they receive treatment?
i realise we're told that people are not covered, but when it comes to care, everyone receives care.
