Looks like another tough downhill turf sprint to decipher. Stefani (7) is the name of my youngest son’s girlfriend. They’re both back living at home now. My home. So its not the name I like, it’s the fact that she’s two for two lifetime, and really ran nicely breaking her maident first out here at this distance. She does move from statebred to open company, and the connections are not exactly on fire right now. A vulnerable favorite. Petite Cherie (3) also ran very well at this trip, in her North American debut back at Oak Tree. She’s been working very well, and Tyler has several wins at this trip during the current meet. The lack of early speed might compromise her deep closing style. Athena of Troy’s (8) last race was at this level, and on this course. She finished 8th, but was only 3 lengths back. She has worked well since, and gets Espinoza.
