Opener
#8 Dine At Nine - will she go backwards as quick as she usually goes forward today?
Let's see if the Juddmonte shipper runs to his French form. If so I like the inside horse #1 Kalgoorlie to stalk the pace & get em late.
Appears to be some speed signed on for this one. Question is will one of these be able to close into the speed?
What is Cerin doing with #7 Queen Holly? Pulling a fast one or giving up? Up to the individual to decide.
#8 Rapid Goose - Off for almost 2 months, comes across the country to make his debut in SoCal with a next to last place finish beaten 6 1/2. I would expect a bit more out of this Sadler trainee today with that race under his belt.

Does #6 Italian Art have 3 legs or something? 10/1 looks pretty good to me right now.
Is the 6 weeks of works enough for the Carla Gaines runner #7 Grylls to make an impact here?
#5 Polonius looks to be overbet for my tastes.
#3 Belafonte - Decent on paper, short on the tote. Must mean he is going to run - out? :)
#2 Spriggzee - Maybe he can save some ground from the inside post? The turf race & Fpx race might be excused. The one where he was claimed is a bit scary if you want to back him today.
Currently 9/1 second off the claim for Jeff Mullins.
#3 Home Of The Gold & #6 Aggie Engineer.
HOTG drew outside in his debut, was wide & close to the pace. No wonder he finished sixth of eight beaten five lengths. Much better draw today, that first race behind him. Trainer stats driving the price up!! :)
AE - Kinda like the pedigree to run at first asking. Nice string of works with two six furlong drills in there. That is something I like to see in a debut runner.

I like the #4 Outofthepast at the price. Think the #7 will be hard to beat but I'm betting against !
One of the "angles" I like to play points me towards #2 Garden Of Stars. A race that seems to be lacking in pace may lead me there anyway. :)
#9 Shebang might just be ready off the bench with a nice series of works.
#3 Petite Sherie on the turn back might not be a bad play on the downhill turf course.
Nice price on the deuce right now - might be worth a exotics key.
Is #6 Victory Voodoo ready? If he's not the horse his current rider exits #9 Stylin Cat could have a easier trip.
I might let the post parade settle this one. The pp's are giving me #'s 4,6,9,11.
I'm trying to figure out why the 8 has been entered in this spot.
