I sing songs to my African Grey but they simply have no rhythm nor musical ability. There's a clip of a Grey that came up when I clicked on the link and he does just what mine does. He likes the song but just will inject his own words whenever and wherever makes him happy. He loves certain musicals and kids shows with singing, but his species just has no talent in that direction

That's funny. I have a gray and he does that, too. He does this jabber that sounds like the devil. And they come up with their own stuff, and make their own sentences that make sense.

He'll say in a quiet voice, "feel better?" and I say yes, I feel better thank you. I'm a pretty good whistler so we go at it together. He says "Mommy gotta vacuum." "I'll be right back. I won't be long." "Hi my booby."
