ADW for Illinois Resident

What are my options as an Illinois resident for an ADW account with a rebate?
I was informed yesterday that my Premier Turf Club account has to be closed.

I just believe twinspires has best track options as well as top customer service. I only wish PTC was offered to IL residents.

If that is a question than yes that is true. Youbet supposively just sealed a deal with Balmoral to allow in-state wagering, but I refuse to use that POS service.
