Streaming video probs

Greetings,
I am having a problem that is getting more frustrating by the race.
Video streaming from BETPAD, BRISBET, or individual race tracks that offer it is stopping, starting, buffering, cycling and eventually frezzing up at critical times.
ANy way of getting better quality? Or at least fixing the stopping and starting?
I have DSL wireless.
Hope there is a fix.........

I found the "turn off UDP" trick worked wonders for me on WinTicket.

Open Windows Media Player, go to the Tools Menu, select Options. When the window opens, click on the Network tab. Uncheck the UDP box, hit Apply, and then select OK. Reboot the computer.

You can also go to the Performance tab and manually set your connection speed and adjust the Network Buffering (start with 5 seconds and move up from there) if the UDP trick doesn't work.
