Which Republican are you refering to. Were talking about crying as a way to get sympathy. Recall the Clinton video where he is literally laughing one moment and then wiping tears from his eyes as he's walking in front of cameras.

It's not tax breaks that's important, it's government waste of money it already has, the special interests, the earmarked money going through in the billions without congress even seeing it!!!
