You can certainly forgive Tommys Luck (7) for his last race. The San Pedro clocked in with both the fastest 6 and 6 ½ furlong time of the meet. Much underrated trainer Melody Conlon wheels Tommy right back, and with any luck, should notch his second win at the distance. I do fear the dreaded bounce, though. Warren’s Attack Cat (5) should appreciate the extra furlong, will have some pace to close at, and has proven he can pass horses late. Coronas at Delmar (4) has more than a nice ring to his name. He finished just ahead of Cat in his last, and if he can chill just off the pace, should remain prominent throughout. Two price horses to spice up your tris are HunterCreek (6) who has done reasonably well routing and owns a win at 7 furlongs, as does De Car Guy (8).
