Sam Houston, race (8) ... *5* 'Honest Man.' 3/1 on the line, but I predict odds-on by race time. I just couldn't hook him up in pick -two's, -three's, etc.

Turf Paradise, race (8) ... *4* Ducky Drake. 3/1 on early line. His big-ugly-closer type notwithstanding, I LOVE this guy, though he's another I couldn't turn into a serial killing. *2* and *7,* 'Bump' and 'Trail This,' are the only two I see teaming up with him in that race..

After being at 7/1 early, DD closed (heheh) at 2/1. Trail This ran a HUGE one, winning at even money. Don't laugh, but the TT/DD exactor paid $13 and change for a ducat. Now, if my horse is paying $6 to win, $13 underneath the even-money chalk is, well, HUGE.
