I landed on FANTASTIC MEETING (8) in this puzzler. He ran decently this summer down at Del Mar versus state bred straight maidens, and is working well and gets Gomez. STEVEN’S BEING (6) has won at a flat mile before and Drysdale gives him another chance on the sod. Plus I really like the name of this horse. CAPI AND MAX (7) had a decent turf debut against similar and has been around at the wire each of his last three. For some reason Gary Stute is wheeling BROTHER PEGASUS (13) back on only 9 days rest and trying the turf for the first time, in a race that has no standouts.
