Compliment for PA Member and new MTH announcer Travis Stone

In reading Frank Mirahmadi's chat transcript from the Bloodhorse Chat,

I noticed this question and answer...........

[So many people debate the decades-old question of Durkin versus Denman. But outside that fray, which of the younger, less-known announcers out there do you expect will breakthrough to the big time?

There are some young announcers out there with serious potential. I think the young man who replaced me at Louisiana Downs, Travis Stone, is doing a great job, especially considering his age. His two Super Derby calls were excellent and he is very accurate.

When Larry moved on to CD. Monmouth management stated they would look for the next rising star announcer. Much like Larry was 20 years ago.

They found him!!

A perfect fit and excellent choice. IMO Travis is more than ready for prime time and Jersey shore racing fans will be the beneficiaries.
