Youbet is not the only offender. I have never had TwinSpires (or BrisBet) acknowledge any email that I have ever sent. Why do these outfits accept emails if they are not going to answer? Very poor customer service!

I have always been contacted promptly by Brisbet when I had a problem and emailed them. The dude that was running "Brisbet" was very good to me fwiw.
