The overlay here is Zappa (12/1 !! :jump: ), or Zapper, as we would say back in the Army days.
Twelve ta stinkin' one, in a field that one horse, Racketeer (5/2), deserves to be close to his morning line. Heatseeker and Well Armed are vastly overrated on this line (7/2 and 7/2). Well Armed and Zappa are close to the same horse (I slightly prefer Zappa), but a 26-bucker as opposed to a 9-bucker ? Sheesh.

Nice, Ralph.
None of the scribes even MENTIONED Zappa in his rundown, except Watchmaker, and only to say both Zappa and Well Armed were over their heads. Okay ... huh ?

I see his grandsire Thearical won some big turfers, and his daddy Afternoon Delights won a few big dirt races!
