I really don't know if I should be laughing or crying.

So, we have no racing because of the misapplication of what is suppose to be an "all weather" surface. It's been turned into a fair weather surface. And the insult on top of injury is with the old surface it could at least be sealed. No way, Jose, with what they've got now.
