I was interested in knowing who had compiled some decent numbers thus far.

Looks like you just bet the favorite and you won't need a handicapping service.
The fairground looks like all chalk lately.

Not totally chalk but awful close. Yesterday they had a race with no ES followed by one that had nothing but. :)

Thorostats meet WIN stats for FG.

We select the top 4 rated runners in Pace Class Connections and Power.
Our top selection is always the top power rated runner. Below are the top
two win percent factors for the top selection.

Turf
Rating Races Winners Win% Avg $Won Won Cost Profit ROI
class 24 7 29% $2.42 $58 $48 $10 20%
power24 3 12% $1.32 $32 $48 -$16 -33%

Dirt
Rating Races Winners Win% Avg $Won WonCost Profit ROI
pace 147 42 28% $1.78 $261 $294 -$33 -10%
power147 47 31% $2.03 $298 $294 $4 1%

Holding our own with 31% Dirt Power winners on top. The top 2 power
are getting 49% on dirt but return -15%. Top pace runners are
underperforming at low odds, as it looks to me. A good variant with a second
run over the track might help find some longer priced winners next month.

I have yet to play at FG this meeting.

Thanks Murph, the trainer angle has been my savior but the payouts are slim.

Most weekday mornings, the HRTV morning crew interviews clocker Toby Turrell, who puts out a clocker's report and picks, and he seems to have a handle of what's going on.
