What is NYRA charging the ADW's for its Signal?

Anyone? Given NYRA's premium signal, one would think it would set some sort of ceiling on what TrackNet can realistically obtain for its premium signals.

NYRA would be dumb to give the ADWs any better deal than California did...5-6% for the ADWs....with maybe TN getting a little better deal in return for giving NYRA a little better deal on NYRA's cut of simulcasting TN affiliates.
