I imagined they probably paid some artist type to make them!?

If it's for personal use and not for distribution (copyrights and such!) - Bris has them on their Track Info Pages. But they're B&W and probably too large, unless you scale them down.

Similarly for YouBet, you could: PrintScreen 'em, Paste 'em into the Windows Paint program, Cut 'em out, and Save-as 'em! Probably a lot of work, and again personal use only probably won't get you into trouble.
