A cheap MNR maiden claimer with a 38.8 three furlong breeze 10 days ago, soundly beaten in her last three. Do you know something I don't

Horse comes out of competitve race at Mountaineer, first 4 horses that beat him 1 came back to win and 3 ran second, technically not a key race because there wasn't two winners but clearly Pittman is targeting this spot. Why not just leave the horse at Mountaineer? Whether Mountaineer horses are good enough to compete at Tampa, I'm not sure, you would probably know better than me, plus Pittman couldn't win races at mnr probably even a lower % at Tampa, I checked the charts they seem to be doing well down there though, I wouldn't bet the house on it but a small wager might be sufficent. Of course, it would have be 20-1 odds or higher, no way I bet this horse under Morning Line.
