This part is hilarious

"The thing is, they've cut my phone off for being like $100 over. Here, I'm $85,000 over and nobody bothered to give me a call and tell me what was going on."

according to the story the guy ran up $65,000 in November. Talked to the company about it and then used another $20,000 in December. Sounds like he knew what was happening and failed to make changes.
As for the company saying "Bell cannot monitor the activities of every one of its customers." umh, not so sure about this.
Bell says they are going to adjust bill. guy should only owe about $5,000 OUCH !
