Seems to be no "shaming code" being instilled in large portions of the young anymore.

Sounds from this story as another horrific tale of cultural meltdown.

Guess you don't understand when someone shoots and kills someone over a debt of 5.00. Be glad of it I guess.

Sry the woman got beat and is suffering. The thugs should be punished for a long time.

But...if you are warned not to do something when you are in obvious danger then I really don't see anything else happening except you are risking your life, was the time to stand and suck it up.

Now if you wanted to then get on the bus the next day and do a Bernard Kietz then set up a bank fund to support your legal expenses, sure you could hire the best lawyers in town. People understand protecting yourself more then they understand you being not smart enough to just leave well enough alone when you should.
