I accumulate a lot of Handicapping Information, and I am presenting it to you for free,
there is great value in what I am giving you. I work very hard at this.
I do a consensus because there is no way I could ever handicap all these races,
so I collect information from other handicappers.

What I really do is handicap the handicappers, and it is not a total consensus,
some of the handicappers picks I never use, they aren't good enough.

I post 4 picks, only because when I first started posting, that's what everybody else
was doing, so that's how I wrote my program, give them four picks in order of rank.
However, I am only looking for winners, my program is not tuned for EXACTA's, TRIPLE's or SUPER's.
It is tuned for the average ROI of the WPS payoffs.

Now that doesn't mean my 2nd,3rd and 4th picks are useless. But if I was tuned for EXACTA's,
my picks would be different. Same for TRIPLE's and SUPER's.

Now what you should do with all this information, and remember it is free,
no one makes me post this information. It is up to each individual to take all this info
and apply in their handicapping decisions, IT's THAT SIMPLE.

No one can pick every race and expect to return a profit, I am giving you a guide and it is free.

Only a fool would ignore all this information I am giving you.

Aqueduct race 1 be real careful of Sarahs Smiler, dropping down suspicously after good form the past few months. There are a ton of 25k starters at Philly park why run here? Scratched out of the last one on the outer track and now going to one of the toughest racing surfaces to win on the infamous inner.:confused:

To handicap races by oneself is rewarding -time consuming and in the end- most likely to prove profitable.
To use DRF and study past performances- times-track bias, workout patterns ect- is what every true wager should do. Then, after the homework has been completed- a wander into Who Bet's postings for the day is the next step in true handicapping strategy. To see that the horse that looks like a heavy contender is also marked by Who Bet as a "goer" will just confirm all the work done on reading and disecting the program for that race.:jump:
I have seen only too many people who spout off "I am the best handicapper" and hell will freeze over before I give out my wager pick. Those people are shallow and plain selfish. They brag at the track how they are going to wager to get best exacter- then slink off to secretly keep their wager from those who just might win .10 on their horse selection. :confused:
Under what benefit does Who Bet achieve for posting everyday??? Does he get renumeration for his efforts? NO! Does he get FAME?? NO!
What he does get however- is this: he simply gives those who are new to the game - a bit of an advantage.

The sales have not been affected, in fact Keeneland had one of their most profitable sales ever. Look at what is being bought today, mares that have won few races going for huge amounts. Stud fees are dropping on those stallions that are not producing top babies. Yes tracks that are not able to withstand the decline in on track attendance will not survive unless they continue to cater to the simulcasting bettor by offering perks as casinos do to their regular patrons who bet decent monies. "Teenagers are flocking to the casinos" the majority of monies bet at a casino come from the gamblers with a median age of 31.78, 13 years removed from a teenager. The average age of hard-core gamblers was over 50. I agree with your assessment of the rush one feels when they see their horse cross the finish line first as that part of this game cannot be matched by any similar feeling at a casino. Good comments.

no i dont have nothing figured out.......nor....i never claimed to be a great handicapper....i have been betting horses for many years without much sucess........who bets picks helps me a lot......with his picks i am able to stay in the game.and sometimes a winner too......:jump:people buy tipsheets and stuff from tracks..........i can guarantee you......whobets picks are 1000 times better.....as for handicapping.....it doesnt matter..how he does it......he produce winners........when i go to track.........if i take 100$.......if i can go home with 101$...i am happy......:):):)

Like I said: I am stable help-a groom for better words. I see all that you do not- and it boils down to the sheer fact that EVERY horse is undependable/unpredictable.
They flip with their moods/hormones ect much like the weather changes- With a lot of luck - we can call a winner-
But, at the same time- take into consideration what that horse has vibed over the past week. Has he had an owner who has thown negative vibes toward him/her just because they have not produced and hay prices (Canada) are going out of control. Has this horse seen a trainer who has been under the gun. Is this horse been ridden by a jockey who has other issues to deal with in their life.
In a perfect world- horses which the forms details to be winners will win. But, the sad fact is that - they do not!
Hence. for the newcomer that does not even understand what a "track bias" even is.
Who Bets SUGGESTIONS are well warranted.
