Will You Play The New Cinqofecta?

What is the min. base bet?
Will i be able to bet the min. base from
my PROVIDER, or will i be forced into
a larger denomination because they don't
give a shit.
Willmot over at WEG was practically cumming
in an interview the other day describing the
wonderful potential of these bets.
He sees racings savior now as the new better
LOTTERY.
I am not neccesarily against these bets.
I am not against small denominations, i just can't
believe the chutzpah of those that refuse to offer
the minimum to all. If it can't be facilitated then
it should not be offered.

What the heck is a cinqofecta?

IMHO the key to this wager's success will be the amount of the minimum wager offered.....If it is a dime, it will get plenty of action, if not it won't. It also needs to be set aside on large fields only, preferably 11 or more horses:)

Oh, you mean the "pentafecta!"

Isn't that basically boxing the whole field?

Well that eliminates NoCal and gets SoCal down to one or two a day most likely in MC races.

Well that eliminates NoCal and gets SoCal down to one or two a day most likely in MC races.Santa Anita (SoCal) is the only track proposing this wager and only on the last race of the day. If they really wanted to make this fly, they'd offer rebates on the wager redeemable on carryovers.

Once in a blue-moon. My bankroll isn't large enough to play this wager 9/10.

I would only play it in full 12 horse fields.

A maiden race is usually the last race of the day...I like the bet. You get a juicy first time starter on top...It should pay POT...Now will the pot be big enough to play??? Only time will tell.

It's in California. They'll bet anything.

After careful consideration, I've come to the conclusion that not only won't I bet the cincofecta (or however it's spelled), but that the cincofecta is the most assinine wager invented to date. But no worries. Give California time, and they'll outdo themselves again. The sextofecta isn't far off, followed by the septofecta, octofecta, and eventually the allfecta and pick the whole order of finish? Then they'll probably start doing tri-super multi-race combos and build from there, until some day in the future there will be a cinco-octo-allfecta three-race bet.

Is that REALLY the name of this wager??

If this isn't a sign of needing to close the borders, I don't know what is!? :bang:

Screw this. I'm cooking tacos!
