I thought this was funny:
The entry card must have the official program entry numbers of the six horses you believe have the greatest chance to WIN in each of races three through eight on each given contest day. The most fictional dollars earned based on a mythical $20 win bet, for races three through eight will determine the winners.
Who writes this stuff? Apparently they aren't into the whole "value" thing...
