link to Capitol OTB video stream?

I used to be able to watch races (albeit on a 45 sec tape delay) on the Capitol OTB (NY) stream -- anyone have that link or know whether it still works if you're not a member?

What's free-to-air satellite?

from what i know, there are 2 forms of satellite feeds (digital). one is subscriber only (eg dish, bell, directv) the other is free to air. Free signals for anyone with the proper equipment and setup. A real pain to install and fiddle with though, so its mostly for enthusiasts. There's alot of international and religious programming on free to air, so not really mainstream stuff, but i think capital OTB / nyc otb broadcasts are available

I never had a reason to use it, but it appears to be firewalled off now, no doubt due to the hundreds of requests that must have flooded it, thanks to your posting this URL in a forum read by thousands of people each day. I'm sure that the people who were using this URL are grateful to you for that, and some would probably like to thank you in person
