I wonder if we should post the profit instead of the gross return for bets made. For example if the horse pays $2.10 to show, should you have the $2.10 added to your total or just the 10 cents?

I think net profit would be a far better measure of success. What do you guys think?

Believe everyone should figure attemps, amount and 6.00 plus that info will be given at the end of the contest as one of the awards.

Not really, because if someone hit a bomb early in the contest, all they'd have to do is stop playing right then and there, and they'd most likely win.

I really question the tactics of b blanc .the race played out the opposite of what i envisioned .I thought the 3 would ensure that the 5 would not get loose on the lead but in stead the 3 got the stalking trip i thought silent name would get .i wonder if blanc did not do this deliberately,setting the race up for the closers.

the 3 is an automatic exacta play for me because he was tied for the highest quirin speed point with #5

also 2nd highest trainer win % and ITM %

BUT HAD NEVER WON OTHER THAN WIRE TO WIRE
and that was not going to happen today with the presense of
#5
but his most recent race wheter deliberately or not did not take the lead and closed
that was a foreshadowing of todays race
