I am in Canada and the only online betting service available here provides live video for just a few Canadian tracks. I like to bet online at the US tracks that provide live video of their races at the track's homepage.

The ones I know of that do this are:

Turf Paradise
Philadelphia
Meadowlands
The Californian tracks at calracing.com
Keeneland

Try these out betsall.
I don't know of any others.

the previous mentioned youbet site is good but will cut the video with a message stating audio visual limit for the day. Just click on video at post time and usually avoids that. I watch full cards at tvgfree.net with no issues
