There is actually a set of events that comprise a formula. In my own crude manner, I define them like this:
1. "I am good"
2. "Here is how good I am"
3. "Here is my free proof test (forward looking not backward looking)"
4. "My cost is ___ and 1,2,3 above prove I am worth it."
This is a minimal formula, if you dont do ALL of this no matter what your reason is, you are just passing gas.
