I listened to this and the first question was about the ADW landscape and the California plan. The guy answering, I can't remember his name, was very choppy with his answers to this, as in it sounded like he had zero idea what is going on, and what pains the customer. Otherwise, I also found it interesting that another question was talking about Arlington's profitabilty and how much the land is worth that it is on.

when racetrack companies go bad they create these land banks and valuations on their restricted real estate. MEC tried this at 5 bucks...current price 1.61incidentally, did you hear the violinists in the background when Mr. Evans spoke?
