Check your resolution, what is it set to?

I have a 19 inch Dell monitor, it is set to 1280 x 1024. Everything looks fine.

My computer runs at 1024 x 768, and I also don't have any problems viewing the forums.

Just for a test, I dropped my display resolution down to 800 x 600, and lo and behold, the scroll bar appears while viewing the forum pages.

So, as Jim previously indicated, looks like you need to crank up that display resolution!
