I don't want go overboard and let it go to his head, as I've already plugged him a number of times (and he's already "jinxed" me out by picking 3 of my horses,) but anyone craving intelligent BC discourse

really needs to check out Searling's latest show. (http://www.youbet.com/playingtowin/)

His guest, Tony Cobitz is excellent (probably the best so far) and what a pleasure it is to listen to informed opinions about the races.

Unfortunately, we only get this every two weeks or so.

The show was excellent. Andy and Cobitz are well matched, well suited in working together to bring about a fine presentation.

He's done a fine job. I hope others will look forward to the show's return next year.

I just finished watching the show and I have to agree that Tony Cobitz was the best guest that Andy has had on his show. It is too bad that there is not this type of show before every NY race card. Very entertaining and informative.

C, it may have to do with overload, in some way. I watched early this afternoon when maybe not as many were trying to access.

If you have to wait until tomorrow, go to the archive column and get to the show through there. It will come up, usually with no wait, no problem.

so I download the "Audio Podcast" instead...it takes about 10 minutes to download...when finished audio plays for 6 minutes and then inexplicable silence...so now I'm in the Itunes podcast, but of course the new show is not up....

so now I'm watching Drugs trying to pretend like he's not nervous as hell...

I'll try again tomorrow.

P.S. I'm from NORTHERN ca macky, we do things differently up here.

The hardest part is trying to pretend not to be nervous as hell.

It's good to be back here in my old stomping grounds - I made the mistake of clearing all my cookies so no one sneaky can see all the deranged porn sites I've visted on my comp.....

And I'm never sure which one of my 26 E-mail addresses is the one I have my PA log-in with.

But hey, with Bubbles Breeders Cup contest fast approaching - I had to find my way back to bid for a second championship in three years - especially after my disgraceful performance last year.

You did a good job, still--nervous or not.

It takes time to get over bright lights and stage freight.

Just pretend the host is naked, that will take away the nervousness.

In all seriousness, you guys should send your comments to Youbet to encourage this sort of show. This kind of stuff on TVG would do tons more to gain new fans than the crap they spew out 99% of the time.
