OK, FIRST IM GOING TO TRY TO FIND SOME BETTER PLACE PRICES. I WILL POST SOME NOW AND SOME LATER.

CRC 1-4 CHICKENHEAD SPEED BALL IN SPRINTMAIDENS..
CRC 3-6 LOOKS SHAKY FOR THE WIN BUT SHOULD BE AHEAD BY MANY
WO 1-3 ONE BAD LAST RACE ON TURF, NOW DROPS TO CLAIMING AND WAS ALREADY FAST, WITH TURF TIGHTENER HES LIVE OR HES BROKE DOWN. TAKE YOUR PICK

THIS ISNT AS FUN UNLESS YOU GUYS COMMENT. SEEMS LIKE AS IM WATCHING RACES DURING THE DAY I SEE LOTS OF PACE SCENARIOS THAT SHOULD BE EXPLOITED. I WILL PUT THOSE IN A NOTEBOOK TOO AND REPORT. LATER.

i have to say you are doing great work, not just because of your results, but you have taken races that are great classes to bet, and you get stickouts.

only problem is price, and that is the whole problem with horsebetting, parimutual pools!

i don't know how you can turn back the clocks and bet with bookmakers instead of against the public

good luck

CRC 1-4 CHICKENHEAD SPEED BALL IN SPRINTMAIDENS..

The 6 looks to hold the early speed advantage to me.

Have you thought of ignoring the place price and consider tracking the exacta if you had boxed your place horse selection with part or all of the field. 2 wks ago I bet a 7-2 horse to wp. It ran 2nd and paid about 6.00 Bad deal was that it was beat by a horse that paid 117.60 and the ex came back about 720.00 $20 wp returned a profit of 20. Exacta box returned 720 for 36 bet.

YOU WERE RIGHT CHICKENHEAD. I was confused, the 6 was obviously the speed.

On the place box I have seen that the chalk to place in any exacta always pays way more.... Dont ask me why but I guess everyone bets it to win with longshots second.. Watch how often an even money shot to win pays 2 to one to place in exactas. Meaning, a 20 dolla horse to win with the even money shot to place pays 50 or 60 bucks. When actually the horse should pay less than 40 exacta.

Oaktree.. race 1 number 1 going 5.5 should make the lead in a bad bunch with pito up.

I like oaktree race 9 number 7 at long odds...should break second and there are some overbet types in this race... plus a hungry pito... The idea is that the we run out one of the 2 chalks.

got stabbed on the 7 horse for what would have been a 12.00 place horse.

We bet 22.oo and return on place was 21.40... we missed a nose of a 12.oo horse to place and bet some longshot to place that we should have skipped. Pretty good day if you add a rebate in. Both win and place are ahead and with some fine tuning then its looking good.

I have learned to not take shots at these types. BE careful of turf races and and anything that doesnt set up just perfect...

I think the key is to handicap for race shape and if it looks really good for a horse then bet him hard...
