Is there a preferred anti-static laptop screen cleaner that anyone can recommend?

I have found glass cleaner for eye wear to work best...pick it up anywhere they sell frames.

Kind of what I was thinking, along with a lint free cloth.

I have found glass cleaner for eye wear to work best...pick it up anywhere they sell frames.That's exactly what I used on my monitor the other day (after trying just water), and it worked GREAT.

Stanger of Germany make a specialist pump spray Monitor/Filter Screen Cleaner that is highly recommended in Europe. Anti-static and non smear, without chemically damaging the sceen surface.

Viva paper towels are great for screen cleaning ....no oils

recommended by people that sell the purple stuff...

A solution of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water (not much alcohol) as recommended on some geek site has worked great for me.
