I don't recall exactly. Generally, I think I look for a runner that has a legitimate, forgivable excuse for still being eligible for one of these wretched state-bred allowances. Many will be running in these for months/years while more "talented" (dare I use the term ?) maiden graduates vault past them to the NEXT allowance level. Anyway KDes sure took his time, wot ? This runner survives with a decent paycheck, to fight another day.
