For those of you who may live in States where you can't open a State side account, I would like to suggest the ehorse exchange.

This is a very interesting site because it's conducted like a stock market where you can bet both for or against a horse to win.

Let's say there is a 3-5 shot that you think will be beat. You can lay the odds & bet against it.

Also, my experience has produced many opportunities where you can get odds higher than the actual post time odds. I have had numerous hits where 5/2 shots could be bet @ 9/2 etc.

Most recently in the 1st @ MNR last night there was a 20-1 ML horse being bet down to 2-1 with 2 minutes to post. This is an angle I always play & much to my surprise I was able to bet the horse @ 9/2. The price you bet at is the price you get paid at because you are betting against other people who are bidding prices for & against.

Just providing some info to make you aware if you want to take a look. You can bet for fun on the site to see how it works.

.....there is a charge you pay when you win ( I believe it is a percentage

of the payoff ). In the above example of getting 9/2 for a 2-1,

it is well worth it............Also, they will NOT allow any rebate's on

those wager's.

Correct. The initial vig is 5%, but if you play a lot it goes down each week based on your action. My vig is 3-1/2% right now.

Another example is tonight in the 6th @ MNR I got a little over 3-1 on the post time 8/5 favorite #10 who won going away..

I like ehorsex but I'm not comfortable using an offshore these days. I keep expecting the Feds to jump in and confiscate all the money.

Please tell me the best method to fund your account with ehorse. I have had an account with ehorse for several years but it became so difficult to fund my account that I finally gave up. I would like to use them again since Texas is slowly squeezing us out of most of the US books.

.......the same problem....they told me they'd get the "O.K." back on MASTERCARD by the end of Sept., which came and went...so I tried another
of the site's I have account's with, then another, then another....they ALL
had new rule's. I then tried a DEBIT card.....which the bank's have 0% of
their money or any risk's.....still NO DICE !! I asked the SPORTBET'S manager
what the hell difference does it make even if it is a DEBIT card...I can buy
whatever I want....Tolit paper, douche bag's ,smut... It's my freaking money
and the Bank has no bearing or connection with it...so what give's ????

**** 'em . I went back to ehorse 20 minutes ago and they have a smart
way to get by all the BULLSHIT.......you go to the "*********.COM"
site and purchase "minutes" to make long distance phone call's...then you
fill in data...put your account # in, C.C. info. like any other site, then you're
automatically called back...you put in the code you're given, and "Bingo"
it's in !!! I started this thread while my account was in the middle of the
process I've just described....and when I checked it 2 sentences ago...it
was already in ehorse. Hope this help's...it sure is a clever "in your face
you Big Brother 1984 liver-lipped bastards" way to get around the process
of being able to use one's OWN MONEY.

Also, I've used an electric check transfer ( e check ) with YOUBET.......I
just keep enough money it 'that' account to cover my deposit.

Good Luck.........

What do you mean that Texas is slowly squeezing you out of US books?

I mean the Texas laws are trying to keep people form betting on the Internet or anywhere else besides a Texas track. I got kick off Brisbet because I am from Texas. I now use Youbet and I don't know how long that is going to last. It is all about the money. If Texas dosn't get their cut on the gambling they get very rude!!!!!

When did they kick you off of Brisbet?

Funding e-horse is now best through *********.com

You open an account
after you enter personal info, ther will be 3 boxes.
The 1st is the merchants code which is hotw0809
put a 1 in the 2nd box
The 3rd box is for your acct # with e=horse. wait for the screen that says registration successful.
Then click deposit
after you key in your CC# info, a screen will come up where you enter your phone number & they give you a 4 digit number
Your phone rings & you key in the 4 digit number.

If your money isn't in your account in 5 minutes, call e-horse & they will get it right in for you.

Can't see where the would be in trouble. They are linked with Horizon20 & have a sports book, casino & virtual racing. The exchange has to be a cash cow because they take a commission on all winning bets with no risk.

Brian is the main guy there. If you have any problem, ask for him

Does ********* require a Social Security number?????

I seem to recall something like that when I was looking at some of the new funding options at EHorseX, but perhaps I am mixing something up.

No SS# is asked for. Only Name, address & phone #.

My transaction with them went smoothly. AND... there is no fee.

If you think funding your off shore account is a hassle, think about getting your winnings on shore. That what drove me away from online poker.

.....I've withdrawn from ehorse at least a dozen time's........

and the longest I've waited recieving it was 9 hours!!

They used Western Union....you are able to recieve 1 free

withdrawl a month. Of course, if you would rather recieve

the money in a check or ?, it may take longer...however, I

have NEVER had a problem which could'nt be resolved with

one phone call ( and 98% in my favor ).

Does e-horse pay a single penny to the tracks or horsemen? I am assuming no. Also, I do not believe e-horse qualifies under the Interstate Horse Racing Act as a legal operator. Maybe I am wrong. It would seem to me that an operation like e-horse would be at or near the top of the agenda of the DOJ if they ever did want to clamp down on racing (although highly unlikely in my opinion).

.....I'm not sure about what type of compansation ehorse pay's...
however,our PTC doesn't take CA. resident's ( I emailed Ian the
FIRST week they advertized on this board ) and other's aren't taking
Mastercard or anything else......and frankly, I've tried everything
I'm aware of to "help the horseplayer's" agenda....but when you
get dizzy from banging your head against the wall and jumping
through hoop's, then you play ( or should I say "....then 'I' play
where I can....and currently that's YOUBET and ehorse...now unless
the player's on this site have a better suggestion, then please
let me know.

Are you in CA? I use Youbet and have never had a problem using the Express Deposit feature right out of my checking account. No problems getting money back as well in a similar fashion to my checking account. I understand the use of credit cards is not that widespread.

I do not see how a rebate shop could effectively operate in CA given the economics.

......Yes, I'm 190 miles from Vegas, just off the 15.
And Yes, I use Youbet the same way....but ehorse for
the ability to use the "ehorse X" and get ALOT better
Odd's = Pay Off's for the Win bet's in their "exchange"

For those who may be lured to betting horses offshore I suggest you wait until you hear the scope and size of the indictments that I hear will be nationwide against certain members of the offshore community and racing colony for criminal charges relating to money laundering, tax evasion, race fixing. extortion, illegal gambling, etc. I think the racing community will have a better understanding of what Scott Daruty of Track net and Kirk Brooks of Racing and Gaming Services meant when they talked about "the new standards for thoroughbred players." Perhaps Dana Parnham of E-horse can kick another quarter of million into the Jockeys Guild in the name of Kirk Brooks. Your 'new standards' are about to be demolished.

Jill, I was wondering when someone would point that this might not be a good time to be discussing personal off shore accounts on a pubic board.

BTW, anyone anyone play here

will be the same as " Spit in one hand, and wish in the other,

and see which one fill's up first ".

Me............I'll "wait" for AUTOTOTE to fix their problem's.......

Didn't they say they couldn't approach that 'problem' this year,

and not next year either.

Offshore sites would become extinct if the idiot legislatures & governors in states like Georgia & the rest would wise up & sign a bill legalizing it for people who are willing to pay a State license fee. They could put the names of the people who purchase a license in a data bank & authorize YouBet & the rest to allow those people an account. They could also access the accounts to see if any taxes are due from winnings.

Most of these Southern States like GA, SC, NC etc make a big deal about banning gambling, but you can go into any convenience store & choose from 15-20 scratch offs or play the pick3, pick4, pick5, pick6, pick your nose. Like that's not gambling.
The police up in Hall County here have nothing better to do than go around busting home games of Texas holdum.

Gambling is gambling. The idiots just aren't smart enough to figure out that there IS a way for them to get their cut by selling licenses. YouBet would love our business, they just can't legally allow us in.

BETKING, ditto what Vigors said. Very easy to withdraw with e-horse. I think they operate out of Costa Rica well out of the reach of the DOJ.

I think that where the owner lives is irrelevent. The business is in a foreign country & I think the DOJ would have no jurisdiction. But that's my opinion, I could be wrong (Dennis Miller)

Recently received this method for funding in an email ad for an offshore

Get a copy of this weeks New York magazine. Place your deposit into an ecru (not white) envelope. It's very important that the envelope be ecru. Place the ecru envelope into the New York magazine.

On Tuesday at 3:17, not 3:16 or 3:18 but 3:17 go to the Starbucks at __________ street. Go to the men's room where under the sink you'll find a cyanide tooth. Important-only bite on the tooth in an emergency.

Now, go to the counter and ask the barista for a decaf skim cap with cinnamon. Take the coffee to the 2nd table by the window, where you'll see an elderly Asian woman, reading a copy of last weeks NewYorker. If everything's cool she will drop the NewYorker. Pick it up and hand her your New York magazine. Wait for 45 seconds and then take the magazine and your coffee and leave. Walk north for 2 blocks. You may notice a gang-banger following you, don't worry, he's one of ours, just there for your protection.

If you make it to the park, it means everything OK and you should be able to start betting within 72 hours. Good Luck

Is Chuckie doling out spurious info as with his depiction of a call to Idaho?

Vigors
10-04-2007, 02:30 PM
......I did EXACTLY what you said, but me and that Asian lady got to talking
about the 9th race at Calder today (she used to be a "hot-walker for the
horse's trainer, Kathlyn O'Connell, who also ran her "out-call" service for
"escort's and "massage's" ) the horse's name is APPLE VALLEY GAL # 3
and good 'ole Dante is back aboard...but here's the thing ( your info is
dated ), you must order the "coffee mocha verde". The only reason she
talked to me was because I was wearing a football jersy with the number
69 on it....she asked me if I wanted a "date", and thing's started rolling
from there...in fact, my weekend with her is already planned ( she's 33,
but look's maybe 22-25 ). She also has a laptop next to her king-size
bed and said that I could make bet's from there ( when I come up for
air )
Anyway, " betovernetcapper " I appriciate the head's up !

Is Chuckie doling out spurious info as with his depiction of a call to Idaho? That's the problem with Chuckie. It seems that he may not be as fully reformed as he has led us to believe. He still hasn't addressed my question as to why the man from Idaho denied all the statements attributed to him by Chuckie.

I went to mypaycall & it's easy. Credit cards are no good for offshore books anymore.

There is a guy with a web site that explains all of the BS the US gov is putting on online betters. mouseysplace.com I go to his site quite often as he's always putting up addresses of web sites that screw guys like us & he always has ways around the gov. Plus he posts free picks for NFL & horse racing.

Bye for now,
Fred
