I am utterly confused. Lots of great racing today and none on ESPN. I hope somebody can help me catch most of these races.

1st question:
I have HRTV, but not TVG-only for a month- and I can't figure out their scheduling. I know I'll get the Hawthrone races. BUT, how come their schedule doesn't tell you when all the races are? On today's schedule it only lists Hthwrn once.

Second question-Santa Anita is listed as an HRTV track and SA's webpage mentions HRTV, but the NTRA race schedule lists todays races on TVG...and I see no Oak Tree on HRTV's "Todays Schedule" .....huh???

3rd question-aside from Belmont, where can I catch today's races online? Will HRTV show them after TVG has without giving away the results?

I know there is calracing.com, but what about Turfway?

Anyways, if somebody could help me out, that would be great bc I really want to watch these races BEFORE hearing the results.
Thanks

Tom

Sorry Tom, that doesn't help me. I can't get TVG and I should have mentioned "for free".

The Oak Tree meeting is run at Santa Anita Park, but it is ran by the Oak Tree racing organization, who uses TVG as their television provider. The regular Santa Anita meet is run by Magna, who uses Hrtv.

I dont know if there is a track or otb around you, but that would solve all your problems, go to the track!!!

Thanks for explaining the OST situation. I could go to the OTB, but I like watching SS from home :)

I get a WHOLE bunch of Fox channels, but URGH, not the plain 'ol Fox Sports. What the heck is up with that?!

I'll record on HRTV all day and hope they replay everything w/out listing the results first.

Remember the good old days when they had races every weekend on regular tv?

BTW...did Lava Man scratch today? I saw scr by his name then it was odds then it jumped back and forth then I said what the hay??? Then I thought I would ask around...

Did anybody see the Goodwood?!

Old news by now, but in case you didn't find out why he scratched, here is why"

Lava Man, who was sixth last time out in the Pacific Classic on Polytrack, was entered in the 1 1/8-mile Goodwood, but his trainer, Doug O'Neill (http://www.ntra.com/stats_bios.aspx?id=10097), said Thursday he was "90-percent sure" Lava Man would await next week's Grade 2, $250,000 Oak Tree Mile on the turf. If Lava Man is scratched, that would leave a field of nine, headed by Awesome Gem (http://www.ntra.com/stats_bios.aspx?id=22745), the runner-up to Student Council in the Pacific Classic, and the 3-year-old Tiago (http://www.ntra.com/stats_bios.aspx?id=24532), who will be facing older horses for the first time.
