In looking up fun facts about Arizona, I learned they have a large (20-25%)Hispanic community. I think the new law hurts anyone connected with Arizona racing and that includes Latino owners-trainers-jockeys & backstretch workers. I think it might be helpful to send press releases to Arizona Latino newspapers and radio stations.
