The CHRB package for their meeting on 9/27 came out this evening and a few agenda items pop out at you.

The application for the Golden Gate Fields meet beginning in November lists XpressBet, twinspires (assuming they get licensed in CA) and Youbet as ADW providers. It goes on further to include IRG as an out of state provider.

Twinspires is up for a license that will begin on 1/1/08 so they will presumably not have GG yet. Interesting enough, the twinspires application included letters of support from GG and Bay Meadows. Jack Liebau is a Youbet director and runs Hollywood Park and Bay Meadows.

Hollywood Park application did not list any ADW's as of the application date, but will need to do so in order to get approval next week.

Is the GG application dated in August a mistake by listing Youbet and IRG? Seems unlikely so we might be finally seeing some thawing, at least in CA between TrackNet and Youbet.

We should know much more next week, hopefully with Hollywood Park as well since they are no longer TVG exclusive at the moment.
