Software Using DRF Formulator

Hey Guys,

Maybe this is a dumb question...Why do most of the software I have been looking at use only HDW or BRIS/TSN?...very few using DRF....the only one I have found that uses DRF is Speed Handicapper. Are there others that are decent using DRF files?
