Take a look at the prices of winners at philly today. Seven winners of ten
races paid over $10.00 for win bets. The betters today must have been lost.
When i see this many long prices i start to think there is something going on.

Or…Get down on your knees and thank the Heavens when the horse you own is put up on a DQ as a member here was. :jump:

I'll take the big prices any day and take my chances. When I see, $5.00, $3.20, $6.40, $4.00, etc., I know I'm not winning that day.

good question, thanks.

im from the area, but i almost never nplay Philly or Del.

last week i checked on Philly (Sunday) , nothing looked good for me, but i did notice (appears to me) a better quality (holding form) of horse racing. and "I''ll be Back".

what does bother me about Philly is their low overal take ($), under $100,000 for qweekends and about the same for week days. vs about $15,000,000 for s. cal. tracks.

Philly track has everything going for "it". except too much competition in the area.
