The fun is just starting. Wait until the TOC and Louisiana horsemen have their say later this year with signals from Santa Anita and Fair Grounds. Why should horsemen suffer because of the Silicon Valley ego and arrogance of Bob Evans.

Yeah, CDSI still manages Ellis Park's signal - mismanages it that is. Great to be able to sell off tracks and then take a hand in their decline.

Perhaps this will provide a legal escape for ELP from the continuing heavy hand of CDI. It wouldn't be the first example of Evans' sheer incompetence at managing a racing entity.
