But the horsemen should be elated because more revenues were generated from each dollar of handle sent through an ADW!!!!! LOL!!!

Of course, the smart horsemen would ask HOW MUCH ADDITIONAL REVENUES would be generated for horsemen if ALL ADW's had access to the Arlington Million paying 7-8%?

Horsemen are not stupid. They are starting to figure it out that wider access means greater revenues to them. Limited access to TrackNet approved ADW's simply means significantlyless revenues to horsemen than what should be the reality.

Forget the 3.% from TVG. Those days are over for the premium signals. But open access for all ADW's willing to pay 7-8% should be the standard. If TVG refuses to pay, then the hell with them. Their exclusives will eventually run out one by one unless they step up and are willing to pay the going rate for signals.
